SLIDER TRACK HARDWARE

Hi,

We were looking to install your 39-253LB to a casement window. It just looks like the track slider doesn't attach to the casement window. I see that your arm is different from the one the window has already. Your arm where the track is placed is circle and the existing one is rectangular. Please advise. Thank you!

Hello!

I'm afraid we don't sell this exact operator assembly. You might need to use the 39-253LB with the 39-529 track slider and 39-546 sash bracket. I'm just not sure that the 39-529 slide will fit your existing track. You might need to install the 39-528 track which is a face-mounted track. It goes on the lower face of the window sash frame. Take a look at the parts we related for you on this page to see if you could use these parts to repair your window.
