No identifying part numbers.Only a stampSaying, it's made in new zealand along with a logo that I don't recognize (looks like some sort of"C"?).

Thanks for your post! I believe you can use the 82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set to replace your set; the keyed version is the 82-081. You'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions as well as the shape of the latch to confirm it would be compatible.
We would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the mortise lock.
