I need this roller assembly #81-027 with a 1-1/8 wheel.
Looking at a possible substitute # 81-125 and #81-263
#81-125 and cutting the clips off the top.
Can I special order #81-027 With 1-1/8 wheel? I have 24 of these doors most with bad rollers

Hey Ken. I think you'd be able to adjust the height of the 81-027 to make up the difference in wheel diameter. Let me know what you think. If in doubt, show us pictures of your existing roller. The thickness and height of the assembly, and diameter of the wheel, is also good to know. Thanks.
