DOOR HAS BEEN INSTALLED FOR 10 YEARS AND RECEVIES HEAVY USE AND HAS BECOME MORE DIFFICULT TO OPEN/CLOSE. ANY ASSISTANCE IS MUCH APPRECIATE TO FIND NEW PARTS, IF NEEDED OR RECOMMENDED?

Hi Frank. It's possible your sliding glass door's tracks and rollers need cleaning, or even need to be replaced.
