SLIDING PATIO DOOR HANDLES

Thanks for posting. We don't carry this exact handle set, but it looks like it has 3-15/16" hole spacing and so I think the 82-030A Keyed Handle Set could replace it. This handle set can work with a few different mortise locks, so we need to see your old one to identify what you need.
