HI EMILY, THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY.
I RE-CHECKED THE MEASUREMENTS; THE HOLES ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LATCH AT 2 3/16 APART.
THE HOLES LOOK LIKE 7/16 IN FROM THE EDGE OF THE LATCH.
MAYBE THIS WILL WORK.

Thanks so much for re-checking that for us, Mike. Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the sash lock shown here. We have some that are similar in design with 7/16" backsets but the installation hole center spacing differs so we can't promise any will work for you. Our return policy can be found here just in case.

I am very sorry that we can't offer a suitable replacement option.
