Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for the roller shown here, unfortunately. If the housing is in good shape, see if you can replace just the wheel with one of ours from the Sliding Window Replacement Wheels & Axles section here. I know this isn't ideal but it's the best we can offer, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
