SPIRAL BALANCE

Question

My windows cannot move and I disassembled the parts according to videos online. I determined that the spiral balance is 3/8 in diameter and 29' in length.  However, there is no colour can be seen on the tip. can you help me to decide which one to choose? Can I choose the yellow one which has the largest weight?

The best way to determine which color option to choose would be to weigh your sash on a scale. Once you have that number, you then would correspond that number to our sash weight range chart on the product page.
