SPIRAL TENSION BASE/BLOCK QUESTION

Handy Person from Texas
I spoke with a Rep a few minutes ago and before I order about 50 30" Red Spiral Tension Rods.
It appears some of my Tension blocks - which are screwed in from the factory from the 'outside' - have turned a quarter turn (from force).
I assume 1) a strong enough hook could turn these back a quarter turn? 2) would have to be completely removed?
Attached in one photo is a good block and the other photo is a "turned" block

Thanks for reaching out to us. The side mount clip you have is the 17-052, I believe. You might be able to bend it back in place with needle nose pliers or hooking the 75-005 tool and bending it back. If the end did break off you can use the 17-094 clip on bracket.
