We need to see your hardware removed from your window so that we can compare it to our inventory. Without seeing it, we won't be able to provide an identification.
Could you show us the springs you're referring to from another window?

Unfortunately, without seeing the original, we can't identify a replacement. Would it be possible to show us the springs from another window?
