SPRINGS FOR VINLY WINDOW

Hello,
My window is missing the springs on both sides. Window is 23 wide by 40 high.

Hi there!

We need to see your hardware removed from your window so that we can compare it to our inventory. Without seeing it, we won't be able to provide an identification. 

Could you show us the springs you're referring to from another window?

Hi Emily,
Bummer, the tenant that moved out threw away the springs. Any idea what I should do would be appreciated .

Unfortunately, without seeing the original, we can't identify a replacement. Would it be possible to show us the springs from another window?

No, it's the only one there. I guess I need to order a new window.
