Hi,

Can you please let me know if you carry this part? It is an awning mount lock. We ordered the casement one and it does not work. Please let me know if you have this or maybe where we can get it.

Your old lock isn't made anymore. The only thing we have that may work is our 38-036, but it looks like you already tried that. I don't know of any other part that would replace the original.

It looks almost identical to your original. What exactly went wrong?
