Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I'm not immediately familiar with this roller. Would it be possible for us to see this roller from a top-down angle? That may help with our search.

Herewith the requested top down view. I also added a side view and a photo of the markings on the plastic bracket holding the wheels. The markings are: ACME and 4014x-000.

Thank you for the additional angles. I believe your roller guide is discontinued. With that said, take a look at the 23-222C. Review the specifications and see what you think.
