Good afternoon. My name is Fernando and I am from Portugal. I am looking for this part (4012) for may room closet door. I have looked out all stores near my place and none has this part to sell. However, one of the store owners helped me looking for it in internet and I have found your website.
So...can you help me with this problem? Replace 2 (two) "wheels" from my closet door? I sent you photos of them mounted/installed and removed. As you can see, one of them, the small wheel "has gone" and the other is almost broken. The idea is to replace both.
