Hello,

Your hardware resembles the handle sets used on older Cole Sewell doors. If so, unfortunately, they are no longer in business and your exact handle set can no longer be acquired.

The good news is, we have a few different style handles that will work just as well. I think your best bet would be our 40-177. There is one caveat with this, though, and that's that the outline of your outer handle may be exposed. I believe the outer handle base for the 40-177 is a little shorter. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
