STORM WINDOW CAM LOCK TOOL

Question

We're working on school with 300 storm windows.

The storm windows are held in place via a cam that turns. When the cam turns there is a small tube that rotates to lock the window in place.

I've never come across anything like this.

We are looking for the tool to turn the cams to remove the storm window from the building.

Do you guys have anything like this or even know what it's called?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the storm window lock shown in your photos or a tool used to operate it. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
