Question

I have two Pella Designer DPG series windows (installed 1997) where the balances have broken and the plastic window channels were damaged as well. Pella representatives tell me they no longer make that series of windows or stock parts, and referred me to you. Any chance you might be able to assist in securing replacement balances and plastic window channels? Thanks.
