PLEASE ADVSE AS PARTS AND BALANCERS NEEDED FOR 10 WINDOWS. UNIT BALANCERS ARE 25" LONG AND 1/2 THICK. TRACKS are 1"wide. I believe i need 15-005 and 19-005widow glide. Please advise as i will need 20 of each for these units on my Florida Home

Welcome to SWISCO. For your balance, I believe you are referring to our S380-25. Is this right? If so, reconfirm your measurements match up with ours. For the option, you will need to get the stamping off of your current balance. If there isn't any stamping, then you will need to know the weight of your window sash in order to determine the appropriate option. As for the top sash guide, may we see one that is not damaged, with measurements? With that information, I am sure we can find what you need.

8 units are 34" wide in sheetrock and 2 units are 47" wide in sheetrock. the over all heights are 57" in sheetrock. mmyou have pictures of labels and they are insulated glass.

Please advise so this can be ordered

I'm afraid those labels don't tell us much, just that these are Kinco windows, who used many different balances over the years. The stamp on the balance itself only indicates the calibration of the spring; it's not a part number or anything. Knowing the size of your window won't tell us the size of the balance, either. I do agree that the 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom fittings look similar to those in your photo, but that's about all we can say. If their measurements all match up then our S380-25 would be a good choice.

It looks like your top sash guide is broken, too. Like Paul said, knowing its dimensions will be a big help. If you have a Kinco window, then our 18-166 is a possible option, but you will need to compare the dimensions we show to the dimensions of your top sash guide to confirm.
