SWISCO Balance Help

Question

I need 2 balance springs for an Alcan window. Also two take out clips. The sash is 32 inches high and 52 inches wide. I do not have the old balance springs for this window. Can you help me?

Thanks for posting. It's tough to make out what you have from these pictures, but it could either be our S385-30 or S380-30. The only difference between these two balances is the shoe. The S385-30 comes with the 15-004, while the S380-30 comes with our 15-005. You will need to measure your shoe to confirm the better choice.
