SWISCO Customer Service

I'd been looking for this vent latch for a very long time at local hardware and window stores, even the manufacturers website...al to no avail. Then I stumbled across SWISCO and I'm so glad I did. I am a cautious sort by nature and order a pair of these latches to try before I got all 48 pieces. They showed up quickly and worked perfectly. So, I went back online and ordered the rest. SWISCO handled the order right away but the parts never showed up even though the USPS tracking information showed it as delivered. After filing a claim with the USPS I phoned SWISCO to seek their advice. After a brief discussion they had a remedy ready to go and I received my parts in short order. This exceptional level of service is all too rare these days and should be lauded. Well done SWISCO.
