SWISCO Product 32-118 : Back Bearing

Question

I recently ordered this product to repair a drawer. While it has improved the functionality of the drawer, the drawer still moves from side to side and gets stuck. It seems that the rear guide isn't quite enough. Is there a similar product that can be attached to the middle and/or front of the drawer to guide the drawer on the track?

First thing's first, make sure that the 32-118 that you bought is identical to the part you had installed in the first place. Even minor differences can drastically effect how the drawer operates. Also make sure that your drawer track is secured at the front of the cabinet. Lastly, take a look at the front drawer guides like the 32-083, 32-114, 32-011, or 32-020. These can help your drawer from shifting side to side.
