Hello,

I'd like to use my "in store" credit to replace 2 pairs of Sliding Window Rollers. They are to replace rollers off of some Traco windows that are similar to rollers I found on your website with the product code: 87-143. My rollers measure about 1 3/4 x 3/8 so I'm pretty sure 87-143 would fit. However, my rollers have tandem wheels, see below. I can't find similar rollers with tandem wheels on your website. If you have them, I'd like to order 4 of them. If not, can WINDOW ROLLER BB WHEEL, 9/16" DIA. Product Code:87-058

be added to part 87-143 to create a tandem wheel roller? Please advise. Thank you!

Our 87-143 roller is designed to be used with the Traco Series TR-6000 sliding window. It is only meant to be used with one wheel. You see, the two slots where a wheel installs are at different heights, so depending on where you install the wheel the roller will sit either higher or lower. This is to allow you to make an adjustment to the sliding panel. The wheel at this time is not sold separately.
