We can supply this balance as a custom order. You've given us all the data we need to get started. I'll ahead email you a purchase link and price quote now for 4 balances made to the given specifications once we finalize everything else.
Which brings us to the carrier. This isn't something we currently sell but we're happy to look into it for you. Please give us some time to research that and I'll get right back to you.
Once we've accounted for all requested parts, we'll move forward with the custom order balances.

Sorry to say that I have bad news this morning. That carrier is a discontinued part and is unfortunately not something we can supply. I'm afraid I don't know who still may have this. All I can tell you for certain is that we're unable to sell it in any capacity. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
