Thanks for posting. I'm not familiar with the Sach brand, but looking at your parts I would wager this is a pretty old window. For isntance, I'm almost certain we won't be able to supply the tilt latch in your second photo. This is an older style that isn't really made anymore. The only solution we can offer is substituting with a newer style like our 26-193 and 26-194, but it will require drilling new holes. We have a video that you may find helpful to this end.

We should have more luck with the balance and lock. Let's start with the lock.
At first glance, it looks very similar to our 38-054. I'm just not sure how our dimensions compare. The two most important dimensions is the hole spacing (1-3/8" on ours, center-to-center) and the projection of the locking tab (5/16" on ours). Look it over and let me know what you think.
For the balance, I'd like to see a photo of the pivot shoe before I recommend anything. That will act as a sort of "key" and will tell me everything else you need related to the balance. I'd also like to know the thickness of the coils themselves. I'm very confident we can get a good replacement for you once we have that info.
