Need replacement balances for 27 lbs IWC double pane sach window.
Metal part is 33 inches long
5/8 inches wide outside, with hemmed metal
1/2 inch wide inside
Top plastic piece is 1 3/4 inches with 1 inch inside the metal channel, 3/4 inch outside
9/16 inch wide, drops to 1/2 inch for 1/2 inch down to 3/32. With 2 outside guide railsg feet
Bottom plastic piece is 1 inch long, 1 1/8 och wide 1/2 inch wide inside, 5/8 inch outside with screw adjustment.

Hello, thanks for posting! It looks like you could have either our S351-33 or S390-33 with the 3230 stamp option. The difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail. Once you have determined this dimension you should be able to select the appropriate balance.
