Safety latch

One safety latch on one of our windows will not retract. Can the safety latch be replaced. Please tell me we do not have to replace the entire window!! Our windows are UniFrame windows

Customers with Uniframe windows have usually been able to use our 26-362 as a replacement vent latch. The face dimensions are 13/32" wide by 1-5/8" high. Is that what you're looking for? See our video on vent latches, as well:
