Safety lock for Single Hung Window style

The lock on both sides of My single hung window was broken. Could you please help me to find a replacement part?

I would recommend starting by comparing an undamaged tilt latch to the specifications shown on the 26-243 and 26-244 product pages. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
