The problem is the window sill is bowed and I need a bubble seal with a larger diameter than 5/16", possibly in the neighborhood of 9/16". The problem is that the sill has bowed in the center, thus I need the seal to work the entire width of the window sash.
Your product 58-053 looks similar to what I have.
Your product 58-055 could also work if it will seal the gap in the center of my window sill.

I'm afraid we don't have a version of the 58-053 or 58-055 in the size you need. Is the sash bowed at the handle section? If so, there are a couple options.
If the sash is held together with screws, remove the two bottom corner screws and lightly tap out the bottom rail from the glass. Then reinstall the bottom rail using a rubber mallet to tap it on the glass evenly. Finally, reinstall the screws.
You could also take the sash in to a glass shop and see if they can repair it.

The sash is not bowed, only the sill. At the corners of the sill to sash gap is about 2mm, max bow in center is about 9mm.

In that case, I suggest removing the bottom window trim so that you can shim up the bottom sill.
