Same assembly - Smaller Wheel?

My patio screen door's roller assembly looks almost exactly like this one. The 1/4" measurement is dead on, but my roller wheel is 3/4" instead of this one's 1". Do you have another version of this with a 3/4" wheel (preferably metal, not plastic)? If not, would the 1" wheel work?

The Swisco 84-095 appears to be the closest one we have. In order for us to help you research a replacement, please post photos of your roller (with any additional dimensions and markings

The overall width appears to be 1/4" (the same as the 84-095), but the roller wheel is only 3/4" diameter as compared to the 84-095's 1". Will that work?

We were unable to locate a roller with a wheel diameter less than 1". We will post an update on the discussion board if more information becomes available.
