Crank mechanism and black plastic piece that mounts to frame to mount crank mechanism to for old Silverline casement windows.

That black piece unfortunately isn't available by itself. You will need an all new hinge.

I recommend the 36-048. It's a little different than your original, but should still work the same as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
