Sash Balance 29 5 AT Caldwell

A home owner from CA says:
Looking to replace sash balances from older single hung, non tilt, viking 9300 windows 3-10 by 5-10. Length of balance metal housing is 30". Is your S385-30-2950 a good replacement?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Your Viking 9300 window is using an S395-30 balance, which has a 19-005 balance top and a 15-001 (1-1/8" depth) bottom shoe. Please compare these attachments to be sure that they are, in fact, the same attachments you have. As for the stamp option, you are correct: 29 5 is equivalent to our 2950.
