Sash Balance

Question

My balance is 9/16" in width (I understand that means 1/2"), and 34" long, without the plastic parts in the photos. The window sash weighs 30 lbs. I couldn't be sure which of your models is the right one here, because I want to make the right choice about the shape of the plastic parts. It looks like maybe a 380 or 385, but I could be sure. Please help.

It all depends on the size of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between the Series 380 and Series 384. You'll have to measure it as carefully as you can to confirm. If your balance bottom shoe is 1-3/32" in depth, then I recommend our S385-34. If it's 1" in depth, then I recommend the S380-34 instead. I would also go with the 3330 option based on your sash weight.
