Sash Balance

Question

Need to replace sash balance for window with markings saying "Anderson ?? Minn.". Then the letters B F ? 10# can't tell whether it's 31 or 34.    12-86.  See attached photos.

See our 24-1033. This is meant to replace Andersen balances that include the stamp code 10#31, or 1031.
