Windows won't stay up, need to replace some sash balances, took a picture of the part number.

I am afraid this isn't a part number. Rather, it tells us the calibration of the spring inside the balance. To know what type of balance you need, you will need to remove it from the window and show us pictures of the nylon fittings or attachments on either end of the metal channel. From there, we'll do our best to narrow down whart you need.

It is 28" long and 1/2" wide. Picture of end fittings attached.
