Sash Balance Replacements

Question

I need several, all are the same. Length of channel, metal only is 27". Width is 1/2" on non open side. Open channel side has a small lip and is 5/8 across opening.  Opening part of window is 20 pounds. I've included pictures of top and bottom as I need help identifying which one. Off hand I thought 380 or 385. There are no stamps. Thank you

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best.

You then have to choose a stamp option, this reflects the strength of the balance. If the window sash these balances support weighs exactly 20 pounds, use 2640 for a stamp option, as this will support a sash in the weight range of 19 through 26 pounds.
