Sash Balance Replacing

I need to replace 2 sash balances that have the number B92 4/19 485. What is the part number I will need to order from Swisco? Thank you.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid I need a little more information to be able to help. Could you provide pictures of the balances you need replaced, preferably removed from the window? This will help us narrow down what kind of balance you need. Thank you.

Hi Bob, Don't know if these pictures will help, it's all I have at this time. Will take better pictures when I get them out. Thank you.

These pictures are a great help, thank you. Based on your stamping of "4#19", our 24-431 Andersen sash balance should be able to replace your balance. Take a look and see what you think.
