Based on these pictures, it looks like you need a new pivot shoe. Take a look at our 15-192 and let me know if this would be a good match.

Can you recommend a group to come and out these on for me? What kind of price can I expect on a repair like this?

I am afraid I don't know of anyone in your area who could do this job, but for more information on how to replace coil balance systems, and for more information on this particular Certainteed system, see the videos below.
