Sash Balance for Andersen windows

Question

I have more than 20 Double-Hung Windows in my building and I need to change so many of the Sash Balances,the problem I can not find the exact same Sash Balances. I have this number on one of the part F41231275.so please help me to find the right balance I need

Thank you for the picture! Please take a look at our 24-1231 Andersen sash balance, which can be used to replace balance boxes with the 1231 stamp.
