Sash Balance and mortise lock replacement

Do you know part number for sash balance. Also there is another picture. It is for sliding door. It's the part that turns to lock. The inside piece. What do I need to order.

Our 24-637 sash balance box will replace yours marked with "6#23". As for your mortise lock, we'd like to see a photo showing the front of it.

Thank you! Looks like you might have an older version of the one in our 82-037 assembly. Our style is a little different but it should still work the same as long as you replace the mortise and keeper at the same time. Look it over and let us know what you think.

As for the weatherstripping, we may also have that but we'll also need a picture of the end profile. All weatherstripping more or less looks the same while installed. Seeing the end profile allows us to match up the shape to the same type. That way it fits the same way and will have the same seal.

Please make sure that the sample you show us is as undamaged as possible. The video below may also help.
