This is a Sash Balancer. The part number 29B USB is stamped on the part. Can you tell me what your part number for this would be?

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see a picture of the entire balance, including both the top and bottom nylon attachments to identify the correct replacement. The stamp on the back of the metal channel indicates the spring tension, which you'll need once we identify your replacement balance. Thank you!
