I have Anderson windows and am trying to replace the sash balancers (The cords have snapped so window won't stay up). When I removed the head stop, it seems they are not Anderson Balancers as I don't see Anderson labeled anywhere. The only marking I see is "D39 727 685". Can you tell me what part I need to buy based on that?
Also, the exposed window measurements of my windows are 28 7/16 wide and 23 5/16 high (roughly).
