Sash Balancer for Double Hung Windows

Windows were installed in the early 90's, so I've gotten as far as figuring out they have to be 200 series Narroline windows. Based on the measurements of the glass, 28 7/16 wide x 27 15/16 high, I've narrowed it down some on Andersen's site, but they still list 8 different options there.

It looks like the stamp printed on the tab reads "1031," which would mean our 24-1033 is my recommendation. Let me know if you had any questions!
