Hi,
I had the string snap on one of my Andersen Permashield double hung windows. The windows are about 4ft tall by about 3ft wide and installed new in my house back in 1976. I attached a couple of photos of the sash balancer, The number as I read it is D37/P27 776. Do you have anything that would replace these? Let me know if you need more info.

Based on the numbers stamped on your balance, please review the 24-737 as a replacement for your balance box. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
