Sash Balances Needed

I need a pair of window sash balances. They are 27" long. I have attached photos of the bottom (front and back), top ( front and back) and stamp on balance. Please help me match up replacements.

Your balance resembles our S795-27 channel balance with a 15-195B shoe attachment. You will need to purchase 15-195B separately and swap out the shoe as shown in the video below. The stamp option needed will be 27C. Please let me know if you have any questions.
