I have NAMI windows - MFG No is NFRC100-200 - I need the Sash Balance Pivot for that window - can you send me picture of what you have so I can compare to what is in window

Welcome to SWISCO. Unforunately, none of the glass safety information you listed relates to the function of the door itself.
