I am trying to find this sash cam. The measurements are 2" height by 7/8" width on top and 5/8 width on bottom.

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for your top sash guide, but take look at our 18-115 and compare it to your dimensions. You may be able to use it as a substitute.
