Hello, Denise. This part is called a top sash guide. I actually don't recognize this one, though. Please give us a little more time to try to track it down. I will get back to you ASAP.

Here is another angle with measurements. The measurement in the diagram in the previous post is 1/4". Sorry I did not show that clearly.

Thanks for your patience. Reviewing your photos and dimensions, i think you might be able to use our black 18-009 as a substitute. Please review it and let me know if you agree.
