A home owner from Gainesville FL says:
we have ordered diff versions from Amazon without any luck. please help us identify these parts. In addition to channel 2930 (in photo) we have a channel with another code: 29 4 BSL MH.
We believe these are original parts for our home built in 2001 (Florida).
thank you.

Thanks for posting. Assuming the balances with different stamps have the same nylon fittings on each end, they look like either the S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. The diagram below shows the difference. For the balances stamped 29-3, use a stamp option of 2930. For the stamp codes of 29-4, choose 2940. For the Top Sash Guide, see if our 18-166 matches up.
