Sash Cam/Top Sash Guide?

Question

I need to check if you have a sash cam available (or a replacement solution) attached is a picture the length is 2 ¼" and the top is 7/8" x 11/16, let me know if you need any other info, thank you.

This looks like a variant of our 18-171. We don't have your exact style, but I think you could still use our 18-171. There would just be a small gap at the top corners of the window, since ours lacks the same "cap" as yours.
