This channel is 18-1/2" long with the marking 1820 on the aluminum. I need two of them. Thanks

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm that you're only measuring the metal channel when determining length? If so, this will have to be custom made. Before we begin, I think our Series 377 is a match for your Series. Please look it over and tell me what you think. If it looks good, let me know how many you need and we can custom make a special 18-1/2" long version of this balance.

I'm in the same situation as this customer from 10/19/2016: https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Sash-Channel-18-12-long-77-76514

S-377-19 looks similar, but will need to be 18.5", instead of 19". I need two (2) of these, as well as two (2) window sash top clips and two (2) 1-3/4" x 3/8" track clips (that you pry in from the sides to hold the window down).

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can still supply this balance as a custom order, but in these cases we like to get photos before we proceed as custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. Would it be possible to see a photo of the top and bottom fittings, as well as the stamp? That will allow us to verify that the recommended configuration is compatible and we can proceed with the order.
