30" length(metal only) and 1/2" wide
left side channel balance marking is 29-4 BA CMC 11
right side channel balance marking is 29-4 AA CMC 11

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30, S385-30, or S378-30 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thank you for finding the right part for my window. The top sash guide of my windows are broken and I recently replaced them (18-166) that I received from your company. I can now slide it up and down but with a little difficulty. My windows are 20 years old I wonder if I need to replace the sash channel balance or just needed lubrication. Please advice.

If your windows are 20 years old, then it's very likely that you need new balances. Channel balances like yours have a lifespan of about 10-15 years, depending on frequency of use, so at 20 years they're either getting close to the end of their lifespan or they're already there.
